This photo was used as our 2011 Christmas card. We thought it would be nice to have all five represented and still can't quite believe that they sat so perfectly. Left to right:Tulah(medium sized Labradoodle),Nina(small Labradoodle),Finn(standard Labradoodle),Charlie(Standard Poodle),Bear(Goldendoodle). Without this gang our days would loose much of their meaning. Our house and clothes are seldom clean, but having five, such devoted companions far outweighs any of the negatives!
The command Off is not one the dogs hear too often!
Our pride in the pups that our dogs have produced over the past ten years is boundless. There is no doubt that they have changed lives. Families with allergies who never thought owning a dog would be possible are now living proof that it can work. Owning a doodle has helped many of our owner's gain confidence and go on to build more satisfying lives. Throughout the years we have shared in so many of these experiences and really do consider our owners part of our extended family.
Time moves on and our original Labradoodles and Poodle are now retired. We are looking forward to our little Tulah and her daughter Nina bringing new fun into our days with smaller Labradoodle puppies.
Introducing the newest member of the Caitlin family---Tulah's daughter Nina. She is a very calm, gentle, little soul. We suspect she will be just a bit smaller than Tulah when full grown--perfect.
This is mum Tulah with daughters Nina and Tess. Tess lives in Wales.
Bear is earning a fine reputation as a stud dog and will continue to be used with Goldendoodles as well as Labradoodles. The Golden Retriever gene seems to be bringing a lovely bit of calmness to the Labradoodle which is very welcome! He enjoys his job and his offspring are truly stunning.
Although I suspect much of this website should be revamped with the retirement of my big girls---I am keeping the photos and stories of past litters as is. I cannot bear to delete even one. The owner's and dogs are such a big part of our life that looking back over the years through the photos is sheer pleasure.
