Tulah and Biggles 2010
We are having such a lovely time with Tulah's new little family. She has three girls--two black and one cream with beautiful curly, shiny coats----a breeders dream!
Here are the girls at five days old. They are gaining about 2oz every day. The black pups have white bibs and white toes and cream lassy has a lovely white circle on the top of her head! We love having a bit of variety in the colours and coats.
Eyes open at two weeks.
Just showing off her white markings at two weeks.
Pups first meal ---Tulah is a very calm, loving mother.
Happiness is a puppy pig pile---this is a very small cat bed that was won in a raffle---we didn't have a use for it,but the pups think it is great!
This little doll is slowly changing colours! Very much a work in progress. She will be living on the Isle of Skye.
Matt and Lucy with Tess at four weeks. They already have one of our standard sized doodles(Archie) and Lucy is hoping Tess will bring a new dimension to the family---from what we can observe--she will be more than up for the challenge of a big, boisterous brother---she might be small but certainly mighty!!
Our daughter Lindsey having a puppy love in. With only three pups--there is almost never a time when we are sitting that there is not a puppy in our lap--they will all be very, very spoiled.
Sweet Tess at six weeks.
Our beautiful black girls--we are keeping the lass on the left(as you face photo). She is Nina and her sister is Bettie.
I thought our pups were small until Ralphie came to play! Watching their antics put a stop to doing anything else and we all had as much fun watching them as they did romping about. Fortunately he lives nearby so Nina can carry on with the friendship
Bettie was the first of the pups to leave us. She is an exceptionally lovely, little doodle and we will take special interest in watching her develop over the first year.
Here she is being held by dad John with son James and daughter Faith and mum Kate. A long journey to the Isle of Skye, but a wonderful life awaits---lucky Bettie!
Betty at 3 months--her newest delight is eating seaweed!
Tess's new family--Matt,Harry,Lucy and Jack. Two year old doodle Archie is waiting at home to welcome Tess. She is a very confident little madame, so we are sure she will very quickly let Archie know who is boss!
Our big dogs never want to miss out on the fun of having visitors! Tulah--Charlie--Harry--Finn--Matt--Jack and Bear
Tess with new best friend Archie--absolutely no trouble bringing her into his world.
Could this be Princess Tess??
Nina at nine weeks. She never ceases to make me smile. I love my big dogs and would love my children to own a Newfoundland for me to fuss over, but WOW---a small(or smallish) dog is just wonderful--highly recommend it!!
Archie and Tess --serious ball play.
Tess is now seven months old and is reported to have the same sweet nature of our Nina. She is certainly a little doll and the spitting image of her mum Tulah. Archie loves his companion even when she hangs off of his ears!
